Ditto, I do that all the time. Have come up with several quick very tasty combos. If you have a smoker, try smoking a cheap ass frozen pizza for fun. You’ll be surprised.

For those of you with a pizza kettle. How do keep the dough from sticking to the peel? I mean my dough sticks and just turns into a mess when I attempt to go to the stone. And then sticks to the stone. Tonight I tried two different dough's. One low carb keto friendly and the the other regular.

Corn or flour goes a long way. Also I found that a wooden peel works better to get the pizza off and onto the stone.

My pies from Saturday. Two were pepperoni, sausage, and onion. Two were tomato and basil. They needed about three more minutes in the oven but we're still pretty nom.

quick pizza dough into the waffle iron then topped with shrooms, chicken, sauce and mozz and sandwhiched and another round of waffle iron again

I dipped it in more sauce kinda like a strumboli/calzone. Its a little too bready. I might should have our have as much dough in and filled it and topped with more dough to cook it all at once but i thought a double cook for the dough waffle might make it a little crispier.
