    @yota243 and anyone else that fancies them. Here are my two. The one on the right works better for pan or cast iron pizzas but the rest time is twice as long.

    Had some leftover pork that I smoked this week and the wife wanted pizza so we made pizza! The pizza attachment on this GMG grill is insane!! Cooked this thing in 4 minutes.

    This was a very good call. I did 2 cups ap flour 1 tsp salt, a pack of yeast bloomed in water and a tbs of sugar and a total of 3/4 cup or so of water counting what the yeast was in. It sat at room temp for a little over 2 hours and was awesome! We floured the pans and may have over floured them a bit cuz it's a little dusty in spots on the bottom but still 2 killer pizzas... Oh also the only mozz we could find was string cheese haha

    That's the exact same recipe I use for crust, except I add 2tbs of olive oil.
