Anything Pizza

attempted the deep dish tonight.

 

Cauliflower pizza. The crust is very crispy and thin. I'm a fan.

 

Homemade? I've tried a few cauliflower pizzas and definitely the thickness and consistency of the crust makes or breaks it.

I tried making it myself once...and only once...it sucked

 

no, this was a two pack from Costco.

 

Oh sweet, I’ll check it out in 6 months when Costco gets back to normal lol

 

We have them deliver. About to get $400 worth of Costco sized stuff dropped off in an hour. I hope my wife got me ribs!

I needed Pizza, so this store bought pre-made one did the trick it for me.

I will make some home made ones in the future.

 

Made pan pizza last night. Only had enough pizza sauce for one and was too lazy to make some more so I improvised. One BBQ sauce, one pesto, and one korean gochujang. Pizza sauce had salami, onion, and olives with mexican 3 cheese blend. BBQ had salami and onions with the 3 cheese. Alfredo had tomatoes and parmesan. Gochujang had salami, jalapeno, serrano, onion, and pepper jack. Not going to the store, had to work with what I had on hand.

 

I got bored this morning and made pork sausage red sauce and then a Chicago deep dish pizza. It came out pretty damn good for an improvised recipe.

We had Little Caesars tonight. One by us is usually pretty good. Wanted delivery so it picked another one. Got two stuffed crust pizzas. Both sucked. They overcooked them, the cheese from the stuffed crust was only partly covered over most of the pizza and what was covered I’m sure my 9 year old daughter could have done a cleaner job. I was annoyed enough to where I didn’t even call. We ordered it before 8pm didn’t get here till almost 9 and I had no desire to wait for more.

 

Nothing worse than when you get a craving for pizza and then it sucks.

Out running some errands earlier and happened to pass a Chuck E Cheese, they are selling their pizzas for $5....haven’t been to one in about 15 years but recall the pizza was pretty good back then

 

Ya LG pizza $5 and Wings are $5. Saw the signs today also.

 

It’s actually pretty decent usually. Then again this is where they are from so it may be different. This one we’ve had issues with before. There is one that’s like 2 mins further which was just recently fully rebuilt and is a lot better. Didn’t notice which one it had me ordering from.

So built a home made pizza oven because i had the time due to rona lol so started with a cast iron tub and cutting off one end, then built a framed where i installed concrete board and then poured concrete mix with perlite, once all was cured i placed my brick and covered the tub and some of the bricks with more cement and perlite.


Now the pizza is a sourdough also!!
