Anytime Front and Rear Camera Mod

I'm using 2 switches and needed both diodes. If you use just one, then you will have to turn on the rear cam first before being able to turn on the front.

The 2nd diode allows each to work independently (as it was explained to me).

Well idk where JJ went or exactly why, but I talked with the https://www.anytimebackupcamera.com/ guy and he seems legit. He said his kit has gone into Tundras 4runners and over 100 tacomas no problems. I let him know that his photos are lacking which he acknowledged and said he’s already working on improving them. You have to buy switches and a front cam. Amazon has them. There’s a couple options

Has anyone had experience with the Beat-Sonic camera kit? http://www.beatsonicusa.com/cs6ep.html At a listed $175, it's a little on the high side (IMO), but it sounds like an all-in-one solution (except for the front camera).

 

The anytimebackupcam kit is a better deal

 

Went with the Beat-Sonic kit myself but have not installed it yet. I am really curious to see how the speed activated front camera option works out. Be aware that the kit switch is a momentary small size switch. It is not very easy to find a replacement for if people need the large cubby hole sized switches. Their customer service was a disappointment when I contacted them with a question.

I installed a beatsonic camera kit in my wife's Lexus, works great. I was going to buy the beatsonic kit for my tacoma until I saw JJ's kit.

 

I have not tried yet. But I’ve read where others have used with slight modifying

Found this place that sells the camera mod since we’re not hearing anything back from JJ. After reviewing all the information out there, @Hoangde filing a lawsuit was chicken shit. What’s the point. Especially on a fellow TW member. He could have sued beatsonic or the other the anytimefronycamera website. But he picked a fellow TW member that wanted to help other Tacoma owners and move toward entrepreneurship. That’s F-ed up. And if @Logistics91 is reading, I’ll pay double to you then to that chicken shit filing lawsuits on bull crap. If you’re suing someone, sue those other big companies as well don’t single out a good TW member. Hell, I'll contribute to @Logistics91 legal fund so pricks don't file frivolous claims. @Hoangde there are TONS of companies making these things. Just type it in google, and they've been doing it well before you sir, and they have better illustrated instructions and videos, why make a claim that he stole it from you, when all the information is already out there. and don't say it's from the wiring diagrams because beatsonic FREELY provides one just like yours that you posted, (Not to mention the other TW guy that figured it out before you).
