This is awesome. Whenever I pull through to park I always purposely go too far and then reverse so I can tighten up with the camera.

I do the same thing. It's useful when pulling straight into the garage. I can always make sure I'm far enough in.

For the Gen3 and some Gen2s (head unit displays) they will be ready in about a week. I still need to do some testing for the older Gen2s and those with rear view mirror displays.

Awesome. I have a 2nd gen (2009) with the head unit from a 2015. I moved the image to the screen instead of my mirror.

Any thoughts on how to remove the blue screen on my mirror that pops up in reverse? Not a biggie... it comes on for like 2 seconds but then goes away.

    Ryan,

Have you tried just disconnecting the harness that connects to the mirror or have you already done that? Thinking you may have already done that if a blue screen pops up. Outside of that, I'm not sure what you could do.

For those of you also interested in the front camera kits, where were you thinking of mounting the camera?

There's a camera that fits into the "T" emblem. I'll probably get that so I can use it with a Homertaco grill.

@Logistics91 what is the skill level required to mount the switch to enable the anytime rear camera. I was wondering perhaps seeing instructions. Thanks

    John,

If you've ever wired up an led lights or led bar, or upgraded any type of car audio, your skill level will be more that sufficient to complete the install.

Feel free to send me a PM if you have any more questions.

    Thanks
    JJ

Payment sent. Also sent a PM with a couple of questions regarding an aftermarket head unit.

Thanks! This will be so helpful when pulling a trailer.
