Anywhere to drive near Omaha/council bluffs? I'm desperate.

I grew up in Arizona. Every month I would go wheeling with my buddies. I never had my own truck so I always had to watch all my friends have a blast with their trucks or wait for someone to let me drive - which isn't half as fun because I wouldn't want to hurt someone elses truck.

I found out I had to move to Omaha and I bought my taco to get around in the snow. Now that I finally have a truck I have NOWHERE to drive it! I didn't realize how awesome Phoenix was. I can't even find a backroad. I've taken my truck down to Mississippi and had fun with it but I would like to be able to pop over somewhere with a buddy and romp around a bit. Anybody know anything? Even a friendly farm with unpaved roads would improve my situation.
