Applying OEM TRD-Off Road Decal, Any Tips?

The TRD Off Road decals on my 99 are starting to flake off. I plan on removing them and putting on OEM Toyota TRD Off Road decals from the dealer. Anyone have any tips on installing these decals. I know there are tons of threads about applying vinyl decals like the ones Sockmonkey makes but, I need info on applying the factory OEM decals. They are diiferent because they have a clear film area that is part of the decal. Any tips? Thanks

TRD is so passe. Put one of these on instead. You know, the Toyota division that actually races?

 

Just some FYI. I picked up a pair of OEM TRD decal and they came with instructions on how to apply them:

Prep is to clean the area of wax and grease and then wipe the area with a solutuon of 1 part isopropyl alcohol diluted with 1 part water.

To install the decal the instructions say it must be done wet using a mixture of 1-2 drops of Joy mixed in 1 quart water. Spray the aplication area with the mixture. Remove the decal liner and wet the adhesive side of the decal with the Joy solution. Then apply the decal, squeegee, remove the premask, wet the decal again with the Joy solution and squeegee again.

The factory decal comes on a template that aligns to the taillight so no measurements are needed. Hope this info help anyone out.
