arb bumper 2nd gen to first gen?

hello, i was wondering if a second gen arb plate bumper would fit on a 1st gen tacoma? iv found one in perfect shape for a decent price but its for a second gen, im sure the mounts are in a different spot but could it be rigged up to work? any and all positive and negative comments are welcome.

 

I remember seeing someone post their first generation Tacoma in the introduction forum that had a 2nd generation ARB bumper on his truck. I don't think you would like the look- it's too big in my opinion.

 

damn, i didnt think it would fit properly but i was hoping for the best. nova scotia doesnt see hardly anything aftermarket used for tacomas and when i do find something its generally for 2nd gen.
