3"lift , arb front bumper,ome 886 coils, icon xrt leafs goodyear duratraxs firestone air bags

I have a ARB bumper and i replaced all the bulbs in the marker light cluster . the amber signal works but can't get the clear marker light to come on . In what position should the switch be in ?
