    Reading an article on Bloomberg and spotted what seems to be an ARB Bumper on a Saudi Military Hilux(?)...

    Yep, that's a land cruiser. Nothing special about the bumper since you can get a non-military version of that vehicle if you live outside the states. So just a standard Arb bumper on a land cruiser that they ended up painting. I'm overseas now and we have about 4 or 5 landcrusiers like that and most have the same bumper. All civilian vehicles. I will say the land cruiser is an awesome vehicle. I prefer them over the 4 or 5 Hiluxs we have of the same year.
