Are 1st and & second generation oem wheels interchangable?

Trail-Gear rock sliders, OME Lift, kobalt tool box, herculined fender flares, CrossFab light bar, Deck plate Mod, Differential Breather Extension, 32"goodyear duratracs Pioneer 3 way speakers, alpine head unit, Boss Bass 600 sub, custom az pinstriping

Are 1st and second generation oem wheels interchangable? I have on 01 and am wondering if the 2nd generation 16" 5 spoke alloy wheels will fit. They are (776x265mm). Bolt pattern: 6x139.7 (6x5.5). Offset: -3 to 22 mm.

I actually have the first gen alloys on my second gen. Don't ask why..the previous owner put them on...They will be replaced soon with some 17" OEM sport alloys

Thanks for the quick reply. I found the 2nd generation 16" alloys on craigslist for $150 and I like them alot better than mine.
