    hey guys,
Im getting a new cap for the truck and stuck on between the CX series and the V series

my only questions is the wrapping of the side rails
the CX series hides the black molding on the top of the bed and the V series doesnt hide this.

does anyone have pics of this where I can see the difference ?

Im going with the ARE because they are great in price compared to the snugtop that I really wanted.
1000 for the ARE vs 2000 for the snug
snugs come with windoors that are completly well designed and look damn fine

My CX doesn't really hide the bed molding. Always wondered why mine is like this but others I see (not sure of brand or models) hide it better.

This is an old pic and in it the cap is a little too far forward on the bed, but it's the best picture I've got that where you can see the bed molding.

Maybe mine was an early rev of the CX?

thats a CX? must be older because the newer ones hide the curve just below your plastic bed cover completly...also the CX comes with mitered window inserts so the fiberglass is a bid depressed before the frame of the window... yours looks like a V
