No, that is a lift enhancer that does go at the top, probably 10 MM though, which is twice as mush as the 5mm trim packer. Each of these products is different and can only fit in one location.

Oh yeah, OK, you can 't use the 5mm on those, they only work on OME, so the top version he recommended is your only choice with Bilsteins.

And this is what 881s and Dakars will settle to. V6 4x4 with cap on full time.

Your front end is a little lighter because yours sprung weight does not include have a front diff or transfer and driveshaft.

So how much do you think it will settle..? And do I need uca's now..??? How much weight you think I can add to front end now? Like a off road bumper and be fine?

Dude, I don't know, maybe 1/2 inch over time.

I did not need UCAs because I have an alignment shop that cranked in full caster and it tracked very well. Try that first. Watch your CV boots carefully, though. They are old and now under new strain I lost one each side after about 4 years after install.

Add all you want. Aftermarket bumper would be a great excuse to spend money! That would help smooth out the ride, too.

mine has not settled more than 1/2" in 4k miles. since I have the OME up front I'm removing the "lift enhancer" when it gets warmer.

I'm also 4wd so they are pretty strong.

I just have it on drivers side, so if it don't settle then I will probably have to get the uca's:( I hope not but that would bum me out big time as I don't have the budget for a while to get those....

Are you sure the bilsteins are set to 0? I've been doing a ton of reading on the 881 and 5100 combo and I've never seen anyone get over 3" even when first installed.

That's a good question I will have to go look in the morning as I never looked at that and that could be what's wrong! I told the guy to put them at the bottom but I never checked to see if he did just figured he did is all...ty

The 881s will settle a bit. They ride perfect for stock weight in my opinion. But the 883s are better if you'll be running a heavy plate bumper in the future

For me the 881s/OME are a little stiff. I could only imagine on P-runner. I'm surprised they recommended the 881s and not the 880s as you don't have any weight going on.

I've had them on for since yesterday and have not drove truck maybe a mile as I didn't have the money to replace the inner tie rod til payday. According to that picture I posted are they installed at 0 like it suppose to be or on number 1 so they provide a lift? I told him to move it to bottom and looks like he didn't..but who knows I will go look more here in a few minutes.

just got a simple lift on her
nice post up after it gets lowered and let us know.

like said above I would throw a couple sand bags in the rear to assist in the settling if you really want it lower.

    truck looks good.
