For the last 10 years I have had phases where I an addicted to caffeine. I dont drink coffee, I get mine from Ice Tea's. Usually i'm on it for a year then off a year and on a year and so forth. Well, its been 2 years now and I keep it under control by only drinking once or twice a week.

I've had people who drink alot of coffee or tea tell me that they would have no problem quiting and then I challenge them and nobody is able to stop.

    What about you ?

Yes, highly addicted to caffeine. I can't function a day with out coffee or some source of caffeine. My schedule for that is 8am, 2pm and 7pm. If not I'm tired or cranky. That also includes days off.

Normal day... 20oz coffee while checking email, out the door.
16oz commuter cup on the way to work or consumed shortly after arrival.

Typical day, that's it until I get home.
Hot day, I'll supplement Gatorade with the occasional XL iced tea or iced water.
Wife fills a "double gulp" cup when I get home and that covers the evening... extremely hot days I might dust that cup in 30 minutes or so and get a refill.

    But I'm not addicted.
Out on the road, never drink coffee.
I'll get a regular Denny's glass of tea with breakfast, rarely get a refill.
Might grab a tea for the road, may or may not finish it.

Tea is simply an option because I really don't care for sticky-sweet drinks.
I drink my Bourbon and Sour Mash neat.

No, a single serving red bull get's me wired for a good 5 hours. A cup of coffee will have me jumping off the walls.

    I've never seen the Assault.
Seen the regular green and blue, and a couple of coffee drinks.
1 or 2 other types have shown recently, but I've never seen the Assaults.

Doesn't matter... Monster and Rockstar are WAY too sticky sweet for me.
If I go for an energy drink, my first choice is Full Throttle Blue, followed by Amp... but I'll usually grab a Gatorade before I'll grab an Amp.

Lots of caffeine. I'm sure I'm damaging my heart, but it gets me through the day. I like the zero carb red bulls, and drink my coffee black, so at least I'm not doing a lot of sugar. Soda makes me feel like ass, and when I do drink it, it's diet.
