Ariat Boots

Used to have some Ariat for casual wear. Justin is good too IMHO.

 

Yep. Justin, Cavanders, Luchesse, Anderson Bean are some I would highly recommend, but I guess most of those are for dress instead of work

 

I have some Justin steel toe boots I used to go to Whataburger while I listened to Texas country music, and drank Dr. Pepper.

 

I Forgot about those. Most of the time I see people with justin dress boots so I relate it more to that than work boots.
If you get those resoled later on when its worn down I would recommend Vibram sole called Basketweave.

 

Like I said my friend, I just use em' to do "Texas related" things. I work in some popped AirMax shoes, those shits are probably the best shoe I've ever had.

 

Love my Justins! Also have a pair of Luchesse's but they're for going out, both are great brands

 

Where do y'all buy your boots up north? Down here, we have Cavenders, which is like the "official Texas cowboy" store in my area.

 

As in Nike Air Max? I use those for the gym. I use some lunar forces for work

I would have thought that McAllen would have more boot stores since it's close to the border. Up here people tell me they go to Cavenders too and also Boot Barn

 

You probably got way more advanced western wear shops up in Dallas, but I live in the middle of nowhere.

Nah brother. The boot style that sells here is the "Mexican" style. You got more "Vaqueros" than "Cowboys" in my area.

 

Ah, gotcha. I think those two stores are the only big box stores that I really know of. Then theres the "vaqueros" stores where they probably get their stuff from mexico and sell it here

 

I just bought a pair of Ariat square toe work boots, after using Wolverine for years and disappointed with the recent quality of the boot I decided to give Ariat a try so we will see! I'd love to get a pair of White's but don't like the price and the small lineup they offer compared to others.

 

I am on my 2nd pair of Ariat Ropers and can swear by them....They take the abuse of "Shop life" and now onto "Driving life"...

Comfortable whether I am driving for 8-10 hours or jumping in & out of equipment during moves all day long....They get abused and never let me down....

And surprisingly, they clean-up easily with the leather treatment purchased with the 1st pair... a little elbow grease and they are ready for a "night out" with the better half....

I do have my other boots, Justins and Tony Lamas but these Ariats are the everything wear....
