I have custom leaf pack int he rear, with 3@+ lift. not sure it will do the same thing than you.

the hangers are waiting to be installed, but I need mroe weight int he back first, my rear sits way too high, plus I need to relocate the rear shocks...

what spring setup does kevin run?

 

i'm running stock leafs, with an alcan AAL

I have custom 3" alcans.. but the shackles are still sitting in the garage. Can't find the courage to install as I need a backup plan in case they end up in the wrong position. I also have to relocate the rear shocks.. as the shackle kit will give too much travel

 

Hey Kevin, did you happen to get any shackle flips built? I want to get one for future use!

 

unfortunatly not yet.. i've been slammed just trying to play catch up on bumper orders lately...

 

just bent my stock rear bumper time to save up for a real one

I was fortunate enough to get one of the first rear bumpers Kevin built and let me tell you...Tough as Hell!!!! Great Bumper, and a Good Guy to deal with!

just to update everyone on the shackle flips.

at the moment we aren't producing any shackle flips, we started having some fitment issues with various aftermarket leaf manufacturers. to resolve this issue i started looking at a way to provide some adjustment to them, in doing this i have also decided to change the design a little, which in the end will also allow the use of different length shackles if desired which will allow each person do dial in different amounts of lift in the rear.

i'm hoping to have them re-released and available again within a month or so.

Im interested in your base bumper, wondering by the time payment is made, how long till product is shipped out?

 

Looks Really nice. I love how it fits really close. But this might be a Really Dumb Question But does it effect the towing At all? (Dumb Question)

 

well right now i'm backed up with bumper orders until somewhere around the end of september last i checked...

well our hitches aren't DOT rated so techinically they are for "offroad use only" but plenty of people have towed with them, myself included. i think my max load thus far has been a 20' enclosed trailer loaded down with all my mom's posessions, moved her to FL which was a 15 hr drive.
