Road trip :burnrubber: Shit while I'm at it I mind as well as get a ATO HC while I'm there!

Yea, I'm probably gonna go check around again on the weekend, the skid hanging as low as it does slightly scares me!

Interesting. I'm still getting parts for a 3" lift by Billy 5100's set at 0" and OME 885 springs. I was thinking about getting a diff drop. Would you recommend that I forget about it?

I would. There's almost no evidence out there that they do anything on second gen Tacos.

CV angles are kind of a crap shoot - some trucks are built with more tolerance than others. I got lucky and can run 3.25" of lift up front without CV boot fins touching. Most people hit the wall on that between 2.5 and 3".

Diff drop won't really hurt anything, but it won't really help either.

This is really great. It's too bad it doesn't come this way from the factory. I'm going to do this at some point. Thanks for the picture.

The exhaust reroute is well worth it since that's such a low hanging part on these trucks from the factory...

Ofcourse this is even better.. :D

Well if you can manage to get the transfer case tucked up out of the way I can have the custom crossmember and skids ready in about a week or two. :D

    Gotta clock your t-case first.

Flat belly is fucking sweet. But shelling out $$$ for a clockable t-case is way down on my list of major expenditure shit, after a front bumper and gears.

Not sure I'll ever do it.

I always get hung up on my transmission skid. Right around where the cross member is is where all the damage is. I think it's worth it if you plan on doing a lot of harder trails.

I totally agree. I used to drag the skids all the time on water breaks and whatnot... Now I hardly ever drag it.

The trans cross member, yes. The skid I'm still waiting on a price from you. 100% on the trans cross member though.

I'm not saying it's not on my list...I'm just saying front bumper and gears *first*.

Since it looks like the group that actually wheels is in here, have any of you had problems with the steering rack skipping teeth during/after a trail run? I feel like every time I go wheeling I come back with my steering wheel sides ways but the alignment is still fine (tracks straight and measures even). I've replaced my steering rack since it was linking and the new one is skipping teeth just like the old one.
