Hey Kevin, you have removed your crossover for the exhaust right?

When will you be offering a full flat belly for the trucks, I hate how my allpro goes up and down everywhere and are not nearly wide enough. I want something completely flat, from front of truck to as far as possible back (once the crossover is removed).

No one offer something made for truck that have the exhaust rerouted, budbuilds can be placed a little higher but they are way too expensive and just a compromise.

i have already talked with someone about doing that. the plan, when i find time to do some prototyping, is to offer a front IFS skid that will be more reinforced than competitors, then an intermediate skid that will cover from the IFS skid back to the crossmember, and finally a tcase skid that will be flat and require re-routing the exhaust to use... this will provide the flat bottom from the front back to the rear of the tcase.

    Kevin..
    I have few questions.
#1- I have a set of air bags in the back and the valves are coming out on each side of the license plate. My question is- is there enough place to make two small holes on the upper part where you mount the license???. They will have to face each other right at the top to avoid damage.
#2-My idea is to drive friday afternoon from New jersey. Get to your shop saturday early and install the bumper before I drive back. I would need you to help me to install it in exchange for my oem towing hitch and bumper. If you think that this is not reasonable ????, please tell me what would work for you.
#3- Do you have an approximate weight for the bumper???.
#4-approximate- how much more clearence compare to stock???
    Thank you

lets see if i can answer all these for ya.

    1. the valves you have for your air bags... are they just a schrader valve like whats on your tire valve stem? if thats the case there should be plenty of room for them. if not i'll need to know what kind they are to determine if they will fit.

    2. your idea sounds good to me, as long as we scheduled it for a weekend that i didnt have other things planned for already.

    3. weight is coming in somewhere around 115 or so. it varies slightly depending on what options you choose.

    4. if you are currently running the factory hitch and choose to get the bottom mounted hitch on the new bumper you will gain somewhere in the neighborhood of 3" or so. i measured it once but can't remember exactly what it was. now if you choose to get the hitch mounted behind the license plate obviously that would gain you even more clearance.

let me know if you have any other questions!

    Perfect.

#1- Yes, they are regular schrader same as on a bicycle.
#4-This was a curiosity question and doesn't really matter to me
#3- I am ready when you are. Tell me what week end is good for you and I will be there. The sooner the better. My cell # 917-992-9284 if you want to call me ,when convenient for you, so we can discus payment modality's. I would be interested in the -base bumper with towing hitch under.

    Thank for answering.

It is possible to move the license plate 6-8" to the right and integrate the towing hitch in the bumper ???
Will this affect on any way the price???

the length in that picture where you have marked is 5".

it is possible to move it over as you described to allow the hitch to be incorporated into the bumper. i will have to check and see about the additional charge though and get back to you. i now have the center sections on these bumpers laser cut and cnc bent for me from another source. they may or may not have an additional charge for changing up the pattern.

ok, thanks. reason i asked is i was looking at some 4" flush-mount led back-up lights that mount using a rubber grommet. links:

    http://www.offroadwarehouse.com/products/sfID1/8/sfID2/800/productID/39189
i guess my first question is:
    1. would you be willing to try something like this? (i got this idea from the kenmtnac rear bumper)
    2. it says they mount in a 4.5" hole. would this compromise the structural integrity of the bumper?

our bumpers are completly customizable... so if thats what you would want then sure we can do it. where would you want to place them.. like inside the shackle mounts or outside the shackle mounts?? and how many?

on a side note though. if your wanting to use them for backup lights... as in you expect them to light up everything behind you... these aren't exactly the best choice. we have had some similar lights on some of our fire trucks and while they are bright when you look at them they dont seem to light stuff up once you get more than a few feet away.

yea thats why i typically use the lights i use. they are very compact and put out ALOT of light. basically they are the same as a fog light, they come with 55watt bulbs to they throw plenty of light everywhere...

also keep in mind that they are just backup lights so no need in spending lots of money on them.

i just like the "flush-mount" look, looks so much cleaner (and probably alot easier fabrication) than the recessed housings

gotcha. yea its all about personal taste and finding what suits you...

just keep searching around till you find what you like.. i'm just not sure if theres anything out there that is a flush mount that will throw enough light. most of them seem to serve more as an indicator (white light indicating your in reverse) than actually lighting for visibility. but ya never know you may find something that i've never seen before...
