    I need some help ya'll.

I don't enjoy doing this but I want to get this information out to as many people as possible. I recently ordered some parts from ATS Springs and they sent me the wrong length u-bolts. I did not choose these bolts they came in the kit that I selected that they said would fit my vehicle on their website. They would not exchange the u-bolts to the correct length and recommended I pay more out of pocket for the correct length and would not take the unused shorter u-bolts back even at my cost of shipping it back to them. After respectful;ly trying to reason with them i decided that they were not going to budge so i am reaching out to get this word around. I dont get on social media allot and this is one of only two social media outlets that i use. Can i get yalls help in spreading this information out.123265997_5091337450878180_9217786334095_52abde4944aad96413cb031246f2d46a7bac6306.jpg123371532_5091337887544803_5724667587167_75a4b78fa598a9a9a598878218ba5c07d9bea46b.jpg123264993_5091338307544761_2876016146494_46a6c9ff5aef44c2febbcbaad017dd9757310435.jpg123292616_5091338734211385_8467708861875_547804d225d75157d438a62feb59b16d14802779.jpg123005242_5091339190878006_7342544113222_457bdd0b568f1f81fb5ccce81e7b271b566e6bb2.jpg123295349_5091339540877971_4044386670385_bb7a5554da2c218214329f4fd01624766844a358.jpg123240038_5091339820877943_8280322514413_e24123f69675536a6de7e415c3397389ae4dfa74.jpg123331880_5091340184211240_3857845755893_ea5d37905df372e0bdf99fbc1e911a779bcd2c1a.jpg

These guys are screwing you. They’ve spent more in time denying you the correct parts than it would cost to just send you the right parts. Ordering things over the net is mostly easy, convenient and cost effective. But when it goes bad there ain’t much you can do.
The person you are dealing with is not admitting or recognizing that their chart that was the basis for the bolts you ordered, which are the wrong part. Their chart is incorrect. (At least that’s what it sounds like, I haven’t looked at the chart you refer to)
As a last effort to get satisfaction send him a copy of the chart that shows the bolts they sent you as being correct and ask him to explain how correctly using their chart and getting the wrong parts is not their fault.
Or there is a phone number on their website. Call them, tell who ever answers you are a dissatisfied customer and you want to speak to a manager, or a VP or whoever is in charge but you do not want to speak to Bob or Bobby. If you get to talk to someone explain in a pleasant polite manner the problem and see what they will do for you. It’s pretty clear dealing with “Bobby “ is like talking to a brick wall, a waste of time.
After you talk to a live person , if they don’t make things right , just chalk it up to experience and move on.
