    Same here, but work schedule, weather, and other commitments added some delays. Actual working time was maybe 4 days.

    Nice thing about Bondo... you can always build it back up and sand it back down.
    Just watch the mix, don't make it too "hot" (pink) and when it starts to get "sandy" during application, it's started to kick and won't properly bond or smooth.

    You want to work it while it still has that "peanut butter" consistency.

    I went back and forth, but once I decided to do a completely white grille, I decided that it wouldn't look right if I left them unless I also hand-painted the white surround.

    ok ill give in to the peer pressure, whats the recommended tool to cut that out a dremmel cutting disk?
