I don't offroad with my LSD. Are you 2 or 4 wheel drive?

jhodge did pretty well with his 2wd prerunner. I think he upgraded his tires and that helped a lot.

All depends on what you mean by 'trails'. As said, you talking 4wd? For most people's idea of off-road trails, an open diff will do. LSD works fine on light to some moderate terrian as long as both rear wheels are in contact w/ the ground.

But in slow rocky terrian, where one wheel could be lifted off the ground, the LSD doesn't have the torque to move the traction wheel like a locker can.

    Depends on the trail.

In stock form, the Taco is pretty capable. It boils down to a matter of traction and driver skill. If you haven't been off road before, expect to get stuck.
