Thanks man! Its my fav of the low pro ones. The full size one is no cut on the 3rd gen, full bumper replacement, and with full hoops is my favorite so far.

And when it gets here it will get further custom treatment.

Question for those with the Ultragauge (or any aftermarket thingamajig)... I want to mount it on the a-piller Handle top bolt similar to this thread. Not sure what mount to buy to make this possible. Anyone have one with a bracket have any insight? Thanks.

 

I think @ChadsPride and 1 or 2 other people have that mount. He spoke highly of it. I think it was him who had it...

You just need the ram ball mount, and an arm of your choice.

I bought a few different ones, but ended up using the shortest (1inch)

I use the X grip to hold my phone, got it all on Amazon.

I'm assuming the ram mount will hold the ultraguage, but may just fab a cheap price of metal to hold it. I'll just order the UG without a mount and go from. There I guess.

 

It's a really clean mounting spot IMO. I'm not sure how guys mount the ultra Guage honestly.

Looks like it's a great spot. With all the code checks I'm getting done I figure I may as well go for the UG. And then can do mpg and such.

 

Heck yeah, you can run your wiring cleanly inside the pillar.

 

Always a plus. Wish I had my new stereo ordered so I could route mic at same time but oh well. I'll get practice.

 

I haven't finger poked an ultra gauge mount yet but if you can attach a 1" ball to it you shouldn't have a problem using the RAM Mount parts.

Will do. Will probably just use a price of aluminum, and the bolt from your thread and see what I can come up with. Will be ordering tonight.

 

Are the majority of yall running 17s?

 

RAM sells a ball that has a diamond shaped plate on the back to configure custom mounts. Might save you some grief to just grab something ready made. I browse the RAM Mounts web catalog and then web search the part numbers for the best prices.
