How many miles do you find yourself getting on a full tank of gas typically? Normal driving conditions. I have been getting 270-300 miles depending on how much time I spend on the highway vs city roads. Is this typical for other Tacos out there as well? *3.4L

That sounds normal to me. I usually get 280 - 300 per tank which works out to 19.5 per gallon. I'm also giving driving it in ECT power mode a try which seems to help a little. I'm interested to see what happens when I put my deck plate in. Remember it's a truck and you won't get great milage.

I'm looking at 210 miles on an average of 15.75 gallons. Not really all that great. It's all city driving though.

    I normally get around 250 - 275 on a tank.

One time I got 330 though and I was uber excited. It was all highway miles though.

miles per tank? That's such a horrible reference to compare against others.

Assuming no one is driving their truck until it dies from lack of fuel, how do you know how much you're getting out of each tank?

I've been average 19.8 MPG on my last tank with conservative driving.

    True
I ran til the light came on the last tank and I got like 16.6 mpg.
It was just under 300 miles and there were still close to 4 gallons left in the 21.1 gallon tank. I assume the light comes on w/ 4 gallons in the tank.

I just filled up, And it wasnt impressive bc I did alot of worming up and ideling this week, with mostly city driving. So I was at like 14-15mpg's. But on a good tank I can average about 17-18mpg mixed city and highway.... which isnt too bad for 33's

I did a little experiment last week, I have a set of 31x10.5x15 that I put on my 02 TRD 3.4 and I got 490kms out of her, the wheels came off a 96 3.4 4x4 which regularly gets 500kms per tank, I put back the 265x75x16 and millage dropped to 400, and thats if Im lucky. Doesnt mater how I drive it, I just cant believe that technically 1 tire size up is costing me 100kms
