    There's plenty of manual tranny drivers out there who have shoved it in reverse on the highway and blew things up, chose too low of a gear, or done something else. Human error is what it is. Risks make life worth living, even if that means dumb mistakes need to happen.

    If municipaliites would have tougher driving skill requirements than fogging a mirror, maybe some of these idiots wouldn't two foot drive. There is only one real solid way to mix up the two pedals, and it typically occurs with people who left foot brake.
