I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Yeah I should be able to get it done before then. I just need to find the time to pull some measurements to and draw it up.

Haha cool. What leaf pack are you running? Have you figured out shock length?

I am running a 8leaf alcan custom for 5lug and 2.75" of lift. I am running a 11" Fox 2.0 RR. This will let you run the stock 2" bump. I think I am leaving 2" of down travel on the table this way, but it doesn't bother me. I'll just strap it and at the same time keep the leafs from seperating.

Don't order shocks until I am finished and post pics. You will then be able to learn from any mistakes. although, I am fairly confident the 11" is the way to go to maximize up travel on the 5lug. For some reason the 12" shock gains 3" in compressed length over the 11"ers.

running the 12" will loose you 1-2" of uptravel depending on how low you can weld the mounts on the axle and you will need to run a taller bump, but you should gain 2" of down travel.

if my calculations are correct i will get 6.25" up and 6" down. which is perfect for me.

Thats a lot of good info. Thank you. I just ordered a set on monday. Presidents day sale..

I dont want to clog up the thread too much...

Are you running that pack with the factory inverted shackle? Stock length?

There's not too much 5 lug info around. Hopefully you make a thread when you get this done and we can get some good rear end info in the 5 lug section.

factory inverted shackles and mounts. I haven't played much, but i think it stiffens up a bit before bump. I will measure to see if it needs llonger shackles to make sure im not getting this ~ at bump.

yeah if you guys want i'll put together a build page once my coilovers come from SAW. its only been a month and a half...

Ah i see. I was thinking just a bit longer shackles to make up for the more arch in the pack.

Took about that long to get my icons.

It all depends on your wheel and tire combo further the tire sticks out the better your not going to rub just sitting its when you flex where you would rub if the tire is too close. Wheel spacers will help that if it happens.

I have the same BS on a 16x8 wheel and I flexed out last night and should be fine with 2.5" shocks.
