Put mine on today. I dont know if anyone else had this issue but be very gentle with rusty stock mounting bolts and be sure to use some penetrant or something when reinstalling them. I broke one very easily reinstalling it dry. Yes, I know I am an idiot.

My truck is fully stock but the rear is sagging worse than an 85 year old grandmother...

Do I need to do anything to compensate for that with the BPV?

And going forward, I plan to get new springs, coils, shocks to return to stock height... would I need to do anything with the BPV?

Well going back to stock you would be fine where you are sagging is not really a issue because you will just use more rear brakes. If they are locking up on hard stops you might want to adjust it down a little. There is a screw on the axle side and you can get some adjustment from that to fine tune your BPV. you don't need a bracket unless your lifting the truck.

Quick noob question that may result in the ordering of a bracket.

I've got about 1" of lift on my truck (Wheeler's 5 packs and I always have a topper on). I see that the stock BPV has a little section, about 3", of threaded rod on it to adjust it. As I got the truck it was nearly at the bottom of that rod. Given the small amount of lift, is it possilbe to just move it up and get the same result as the bracket does? I easily have an inch of adjustability, probably more.

Anyways, not trying to theadjack you Jerry, just seemed like the most applicable place to post this.

    Thanks, Brett
