I'm looking to buy a portable TENS unit for my mother, whose back pain has started to increase in recent years. Does anyone here have any experience with them? I know a few who have and swear by them. I would like to take a good one.

@akelty Wow, I can't believe that no one replied to this post. I have a tens unit , and love it. I haven't used it since my last surgery on 1/30/2020, but that at the advice of my surgeon. If you need any info on which model I have let me know.

I’ve tried them with little relief. The VA hospital gave me a new version of the tens unit. It’s called Bio Wave and it it WAY better than a tens.
