Are you planning on building it up/modding it out or are you just gonna leave it stock? My personal favorite for built up Tacoms are MGM's. Check out Sandjunkie's build

Pyrite micas look nice for Tacos that are kept stock IMO.

Sticker varies from dealer to dealer by vast differences. Additionally, price varies by state.

The best to do is find the invoice price for your area, then see how over/under you can come to that. Edmunds.com can give you a good idea.

I was able to get $500 under dealer invoice.

That was my next question haha but to answer the other, I wont be modding it heavily until maybe 2 years down the road just to pay it down first before i start hackin away at it, but most likely just some 5100's, new AT's, wheels that are better than stock steelies, and probably a few performance parts to get a little pep outta that 2.7.

Not to be a dick but at $3800 in negative equity they'll take $1,500 off the price of the truck because they'll make it up in the ridiculous interest they're going to nail you with.

In your boat it would make more sense to shop for the best interest rate, not through the dealer, and then haggle the price of the car. If you go dealer first whatever they lose on the price of the truck they'll tack on in interest.

I plan on using my credit union for the loan. They offer 2.24% on new vehicle purchases and that seems to be the best I can get since toyota RARELY does anything lower than that anyways. Bad news anyways, I went into the dealer this weekend and found a pyrite reg cab 4x4 (perfect) and began the haggling process, good news is I got him to come right down on the truck to 19,250 no problem, but they wouldnt budge on my trade. Unfortunately, colorados aren't worth shit and I can see why by owning one. Long story short, they offered me $8500 for the truck and I owe $15000. I told him I wont go lower than 12000 and he countered with 9000 so I walked. Funny part is, I was in a dodge dealer just dickin around lookin at rams and the guy didnt even look at my truck and offered me 11000. Oh well! Search continues.....
