09 4x4 TRD Sport

I am wanting to intall 33x12.50x20 with a 3" level lift. What is the perfect backspace to run this size wheel. I know a lot of people running 17 or 18" wheels with 4.5 backspacing, but is it the same for a 20" wheel?
