Hey fellas, just wanted to pass on a company that I had a terrible run in with to you guys so you wouldn't learn the hard way, like I did, and see if anyone else had dealt with any companies that have horrible service. The company I would not recommend is ORSRACKSDIRECT.COM. I ordered a Inno Fairing for our OEM roof rack on January 20th, for $80 and used Paypal. Well ORS took the $80 and informed me a week later that fairing is on back-order and they will ship on Feb. 4th once restocked. So Feb 4th came and went, so I sent an email on Feb. 10th politely asking where the order was because other companies have the Fairing in Stock....I recieved no response. On Feb 20th I sent another email asking where the fairing was, and yesterday the 24th I got an email from the company stating they just got the fairing in Stock (2 weeks AFTER other companies had re-stocked). However they needed my Credit Card number AGAIN? and wanted me to re-order the fairing AGAIN?. So I told them NO FRIGGN WAY I'm re-ordering a part that you charged me for and DIDN'T deliver so you can re-charge my Credit Card and NOT deliver. Thankfully through PayPal I was able to get my $80 bucks back from the first bogus fairing the company offered. After this whole deal was over, I sent a email to the company and stated that "I will no longer deal with their company and that their company doesn't seem to know how or what they are doing. After being charged $80 dollars and not getting a part, not having the part in stock, and not getting a response for 5 weeks, and not even an apology, and then wanting to charge me another $80, I will not recommend them. And I hope the economic downfall finds ORSracks quickly." They responded back. "Thanks for your kind words, we cancelled your order, and even in this economic downfall we at ORS are having a banner year!" Smart A$$ M.F's, I guess they are having a banner year, they take loads of money and don't deliver. So sorry to ramble, but what a shady company, so I figured I pass along this Crappy company, and see if anyone else had some complaints of others so all of us on TacomaWorld know to avoid them as well.

I would also file something with the BBB and post this on those website review sites.
