I purchased the first one. From the dealer. The part number was PT347-35050. The picture shows it installed in a Tacoma bed.
The second one has the same part number So I would say they are the same. Part number PT347-35050

I bought the second one from Amazon. It's a genuine Toyota product, and works as advertised.
