    Here my problem, About 2 months ago I got a Code P042x Bank 1 I think. I ignored it and cleared it, hasn't came up for a while and today it came up again, Cleared it and plugged in the code reader again and its gone. I'm pretty much it kinda broke, Not looking to spend 150 for a cat can i weld a pipe in place of it and get a simulator for the sensor? Would the Pipe do any harm? i know you need the cats for California smog, but i wont need a smog for 2 years. so im good on that
