bad induced noise

    replaced my interior fan awhile back and ever since then whenever i turn the radio on in the truck and turn the fan on i get like alternator whine coming from all the speakers and it varies with the speed of the fan....any ideas on how to fix this issue?? I did a search and had no luck finding any answers....thanks
