06 Tacoma prerunner sr5 with mods
2 inch coil spacers up front, tsb rear, Kobalt toolbox, westin bull bar, driver seat height mod, jvc head unit, rag joint zip tie truss mod, 17inch alloy 4runner sr5 rims wrapped in 265 yoko geolanders, off road lights, uhaul hitch, tacoma seat covers, avs vent visors, debadged prerunner, mud flaps gone, scanguage II, glovebox shock absorber mod, flowmaster 40 exhaust,
06 prerunner. Non Trd. 50k miles. Been offroad twice.

Now. When traveling on dirt roads or chewed up pavement. I'm getting s steering shimmy. Speed bumps are fine. But rough pavement makes for one hell of a ride. This is indicative of bad shocks right? I just had alignment done.

Dose the truck ride bad or something? I have 53k on my 08 and the stock shocks are good. I dropped the two rear ones about 3K ago and tested them no dead spots and good rebound.

Do you have gas or oil shocks?

40k on my 09 when the rear started to get side to side bounce over uneven pavement at high speeds....great excuse to upgrade to the OME shocks (on tsb rear leafs). truck now rides incredible
