    Trimmed plastic and body mounts:
I trimmed more than required, because I wanted to make sure I had zero rubbing. I also hammered the pinch weld over 45 degrees, so I shouldn't have any issues at full stuff.

This one you can see where I was trying to recut a strait line, this was when the cut off wheel grenaded on me. Had emergency eye surgery Sunday morning to have embedded pieces removed from my right eye. Damn good thing I was wearing eye protection, might have lost an eye without. As soon as I'm up to it I'll weld in the filler plates that I bought from Bay Area Metal Fab.

And damnit, why did I have to find this!!!! My wife is going to be mad at me, I told her I wasn't doing a front bumper.

Got a big settlement check coming, so stay tuned for mods to come.

Thanks, considering my senario, it was easy to do. Invest in a face shield, don't wear safety glasses!!!

I ran part of Cleghorn this afternoon to flex out the truck and address any rub issues.

    Stuffed!!!

    Further up the mountain:

I need to address the rear:

After the rock garden (I bypassed):

I was going to do this next, but the rubbing in the rear was too much. I didn't want to pop off a flare.

So I cut this off at an angle on both sides and hammered the pinch weld flat against the firewall:

I'm now rub free in the front:

Can't say so much for the rear. I'll have to raise the rear bumps 3/8 to 1/2 an inch, or reinstall my load leafs with the angle shims I picked up. Will have to wait until I get the all Pro Offroad U bolt flip kit and Timbrens.

It's a fun trail with plenty of technical sections to flex out the suspension.

    Comms ordered!!!

Went with the Kenwood TM-V71A, Diamond HRKS mount and Diamond SG7500A antenna. Going to mount the face plate in the rectangular space next to the gear shifter. The mount appears to be strong enough to rip paint off the body, so I plan to mount it on the back window. Still waiting on my all Pro Ubolt flip kit and Timbrens, skids and sliders to show up.
