Bakflip - WORST customer Service EVER!!!

    Yes this is a rant and i put it in this section cause its on my 2nd taco.

    :mad:....just as the title states, Bakflip has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced with any company. Now before I go on, let me make one thing clear. I have nothing against the Bakflip company nor anything with the president of Bakflip Julian (who has actually helped me out in the past)...my gripe is solely with their customer service rep and so called "tech".
    Anyone who seen my older post about Bakflip saw that i ordered on of their older G2 models made out of polymer. and i always have good and bad things to say as i try to keep it honest. the cover was good but the only problem was the panels began to crack. I emailed the president of Bakflip, Julian and he corrected the problem ASAP and was fair and replaced my polymer bakflip with the new aluminum bakflip. once i received it i had leaks all along the rails letting a lot of water in the bed. i let Julian know about this on his blog and he told me to call their customer service and they will help me out. So i called them and the rep said he will have their "tech" call me back. he calls but i'm at work. so i call back later and tell the same rep i am returning the call and that just need to know if there is anything i can do or anything he can recommend for me to buy to stop the leaks. I wasn't expecting anything for free. i was willing / expecting to pay. so he asks me about my receipt and I told him it is a replacement bakflip. at that point his attitude changes from wanting to help to trying to get me off the line. he tells me he will have their tech call me. 2 weeks pass so i call again and he says their tech has been trying to reach me. they have my correct # but I know they never called cause i have my phone on me all the time. i shrug it off and tell them just to have him contact me ASAP. this was back in late Sept or early Oct. it is now Dec. no phone calls or any responses to my emails.
    Straight up bullshit.

    I know this was a long post and i'm just so pissed i had to rant. Like i said, i like my bakflip except for the leaking but their customer service is the worst. so damn shady when they found out i had a replacement cover.
    F-them.
