I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Were building the Mezzanine right now the dust collector will be here Thursday. Electric starts on Friday that's a 3 day job. And the install tech will be out next week for final install, testing & training. So about two weeks would be safe to say.

The mezzanine and sheet storage rack is just about complete. The mezzanine is 21'x11' and 7 feet tall the cooler and dust collector will be mounted on top of it. The plate storage rack is 12x9x14 feet tall to store all of our sheet material.

It was pretty ass puckering lifting the mezzanine over the machine but we got it on without a scratch.

There is still a lot of work to do but we should have it all ready in a day or two.

Jerry, if someone has a sketch do u have someone in house that will do the CAD work ? Reason I'm asking is I'm always looking to do CAD drawing work. I have been using AutoCAD for 20 plus years and I could help you out if u were in need of that service.

Judging by the size of the letters, I'd say it's thinner. Them some tiny letters. I might need your services Jerry. I want a small stencil made for my fab garbage.

11 gauge so .117" thick the middle of the E is .035 the thickness of welding wire. The Micro SD is there for comparison I figured just about everyone has one in in this day and age.

Here it is next to a dime.

Yeah even the installer was impressed with the outcome. The machine is very new so the installers don't even know what's it capable of I'll be sure to test it to show them. it's one of three in the US and number 18 in the world.

Running some more test parts today and caught the laser being a clean freak. If the nozzle touches the plate in anyway it will stop and go to the cleaning brush. Just to make sure nothing is on the nozzle it's pretty sweet.

I'm testing more features today and I decided to cut a few of these.

If any of the TW guys want some I'll sell them $15.00 bucks shipped and 2 for $25.00.
I have about 20 of each.
