'19 SR AC Utility 4x4

I finally got around to installing my Bartact seat covers, install went well. I got to the headrest and after struggling to get them on I went to secure them and noticed this. It seems I have the loop side of the velcro on both sides. Getting ready to contact them and let them know what I've got. Has anyone else encountered this?
