    That's where the box is supposed to be drilled for hydro assist.

    The fittings are pipe thread so the threads are tapered and get tighter as the fitting is turned deeper, it's possible it's threaded too deep. I would disassemble, degrease, and reassemble with a new fitting and maybe try rtv on the threads.

    Is all your stuff custom or is some of it a kit? I've been looking at the Allpro SAS kit.

    It should be threaded correctly if that's how trail fail makes them and that's the fitting they send already installed.

    My last box was not drilled there and the fitting sat flush, that is not the only place they can be drilled.

    Are you talking about the front suspension? The only kit pieces I have are the frame side link brackets And they are from All Pro. I was going to use the 4 wheel underground kit but he was in the middle of a move.
