Bear with me: Lower valance paint/vinyl idea

Searching around I haven't seen this mentioned.
Everyone likes to put the black paint or vinyl on the lower middle portion of their bumper and I think it looks excellent, but what do the black trucks get to do? It's already black... Silver paint or vinyl? Thoughts/opinions?

 

Does your black truck have an accent color?? I'd go with that....Like my scion is white and black outside...with blue accents inside...So anything that gets added to it is one of those colors...

Not too sure. But I do think you do have some options. One of course would be to use a matte black vinyl so it takes away all of the shine off the lower valence. I have it on my mag grey and it makes a hell of a difference even though its still a close colour. A dark grey might be an option as well. Or if you can find it (I personally would not do it, not a huge fan of chrome), maybe some sort of chrome vinyl.

 

I like ilg's black tone on tone idea too...Matte on Gloss would look pretty BA

 

Yea some sort of non-gloss black ran through my head too and painting the plastic part of the grill the same to match

Yeah...I have a BSP truck...i think silver will look good!
