bearings on serpentine belt

good day guys and merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, anyways i have a 2013 Tacoma trd sport 4.0L 6 -cyl Engine with air conditioner, i have changed out the compressor and the serpentine belt, it has 191,000 kilometers on it, just wondering at what point do i change out the bearings that are in contact with the serpentine belt, i'm starting to hear a different sound coming from the front of the motor, I dont even know where to begin my search on preventative maintenance in my motor, thank you in advance

 

You very well may be due for pulley bearings. Remove the belt and manipulate the pulleys one at a time feeling for looseness or binding. Replace any that are suspect or replace them all to make it even.

The belt tensioner on the 4.0 is a bear to to change.
The A/C compressor had to come loose to access the bolts.

You have 2 options. Replace the tension pulley only. IMPORTANT - It is a left hand thread bolt
Or do the whole tensioner. It’s up to you if you feel like the tensioner still has good tension.
