No relay required? I just purchased some off of Amazon. Are these plug and play?

the sharp tones do not need a relay.

Has anyone ever hooked up the sharp tones and the super tones? If so, what does the wiring look like.

Can someone please tell me, i dont know what I'm doing wrong. I have the Supertones with a wiring harness I got off of Amazon that has a relay. I have everything hooked up and still nothing... Please help. I'm using male connections to go into the stock harness because I don't wanna cut them off. 20201010_185414.jpg 20201010_185445.jpg 20201010_185452.jpg 20201010_185456.jpg 20201010_185502.jpg

If I recall I don’t think there is a ground connection up there so your first picture has red into stock connector and black into stock connector. Double check where that black wire is going if not a good ground, connect it to metal chassis.

Okay. So connecting the ground to the battery isn't good enough? Just wondering, first time for something like this.

I would double check the harness from Amazon

I’m guessing this is a ground issue like Meso mentioned

One thing that I noticed is all the ground wires are going to this middle connection but that doesn't connect to anything.16023760109252332434462087308119.jpg

Ya looks like wrong / bad relay harness

good ol Amazon can be like that sometimes.

when I got my horns they came with a relay from hella did yours?
If you have it I would use that one if you are going to incorporate a relay.

or maybe if you wanted to risk it for the biscuit you could use that harness you have for the + connections and then build a ground harness like in step 2 of the Original post and use that for the grounds.

I’m not 100% that would work but it might be worth a shot and i think I saw a fuse sooo chances are your truck won’t explode.

@MESO might have a better suggestion
