    my bed and cab are not lined up. it seems to be about a 1/4 to 3/8 offset. just put a new cap on it and now it really shows up. noticed it before cap was installed, but was not as noticable. i can see it in the mirrors, its really bothering me. i could take to dealer but was hoping to avoid the hassle if it is a easy fix. any ideas.

    yea i will probabaly have to do that. was hopeing to avoid dealer hacks and hassle

    The only thing I can suggest, is check your bed bolts.

    If your truck hasn't had an accident or frame damage, it's usually just a matter of loosening the bed bolts and repositioning the bed.

    And it might be a good time to do the D-Ring mod and put anti-seize on the bolts.

    no damage ,the truck is brand new .if its that easy i might do it myself. do i loosen all 6 bolts, reposition and retightin/

    i just realigned my bed. loosen 6 #55 torx bolts, push over, check out about 6 times to make sure it's perfect, retighten. no dealer no hassle,took longer to move stuff in and out. tcw is awsome!!!!

    oh ya , the paint fell off, the gauges don't work, it's stuck in four low, voided my warranty. gotta have a sense a humor. haha
