I have a 2010 Access Cab, and it has a bed liner with the tie-down rails (came with the vehicle).

I've seen various bed covers, and would like one that locks, and keeps water out, but all the pictures I've seen on the sites offering these items show vehicles that do not have a liner.

Is this something I'm going to have to completely remove before I can put in a bed cover?

Pretty sure you're talking about the bed :)

    Its plastic.

Reach under the rear fender and tap it from the outside of the bed, you'll see, its not a bed liner.... (i have been mistaken though)

I'll post pics. There's no spray on/paint on liner, but the inside of the bed is definitely not the same stuff as the body of the truck. Maybe just something I'm unfamiliar with. Will get pics and post in a bit.

The interior of the bed itself is composed entirely of a composite material. There is no metal.
