I'm going camping soon and I want to use the outlet in the bed to power a small fan over night while I sleep in the back. If i use a small portable/desktop fan for 7+ hrs will it drain the battery?

The ignition needs to be in the on position, so yes your battery will be dead in the morning.

Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I'll just go with a battery operated fan.
