Hey everyone, so as most of us have found out the tundra doesn’t come with bed rails so here is a DYI that cost less than $40 vs. the $200 plus they are selling for. Hope this helps.
    • 1- 14 gauge electo-galvanized strut channel 10ft. (Lowe’s or Home Depot) $20-$22

    • 10- M6 x 1.0 -16mm bolts (auto zone has a 6 packs) $4

    • 10- 1/4-1” washers zinc (Lowe’s or Home Depot) $1.5
    • 1- Universal bonding primer spray paint $5-$7
    • 1- Rust-Oleum spray paint (color of your choice) $5-$7
Cut the strut to 58.5” for sides of bed if you have a 5.5 ft bed/ measure to fit your bed. FYI 3/8” T- slot bolts will NOT fit this configuration. You will have to use washers and bolts for any attachments.

Measure the length between for both sides and length from top of the bed to get accurate holes in the steel then drill holes in the steel with a metal drill bit.
