Bed rails with more mounts?

Then I though, if the mounting hardware was a little different, IE: more posts between the front and back, you could use these for tying cargo down too. Has anybody seen something like that for our trucks?

I've got a 98 with the 6 foot bed.

Yeah, I was looking at those too. I was just thinking I could combine functions with protecting the bed rails if I found bars with different mounting options.
