Bed top tint

Does anyone have a smittybilt tent on a 1995-2004 reg cab truck if so what Is the measurements on the rack. Where the tent bolts up to cause I bought a tent with out the bed rack so I’m gonna try to make me one I just need some measurements. Thank you In advance
