Waiting for us on the floor in my shop.
Better that step than your body tough. So in reality, it did work a little. I'm definitely interested in getting together with you and getting these available for that Tundra of yours, just as bad as I need to get a DCLB in the shop for the guys on here too. I'm missing out on 3 great models that could help ensure that the shop and I are still around in a few months. Steven's 2nd gen 5-lug Taco, your Tundra, and the DCLB.

Another vote (not that you needed it) for a DCLB model, unfortunatly I am in DE, thus can't help on the mock up.

The factory step acts as a nice warning haha
Let me know whenever they become available. Wish I was closer so you could borrow my truck for measurements.

haha, yes it does. I wish you were closer also. I'll locate one.

Thanks to vitech who just picked his pair up locally. He's a nice guy. He had just come back from a off road get together. What a nice freakin' truck this guy has, it's truly bad ass! I'm looking forward to seeing it with the sliders on!

Hey, I'm newer to the forums and dont even have a Tacoma yet. Will have one in the first couple of months of 2011. I love these sliders and would love to find out more about the mods with the pivoting steps your talking about here with this customer. I will be ordering a Double Cab long bed with the Sport package. Hopefully we can get someone with a current DBL Cab LB down there to help you out. If I had my truck now, Id drive from Utah to your shop and leave it with you for a bit. Post some pics with these steps your talking about if you can, . I wanna see these bad boys. I'd love to have Beefed Taco's sliders with the N-fab style steps if possible, but would love to see the pivoting steps your talking about too.

I've had your PM marked as unread and will answer it today in detail. I just shot you a PM telling you this. Thanks SAIRS. :)

I haven't seen it yet with the sliders on it but have been meaning to text him and see how install went. I'm going to be getting with Zach and installing his with him and I have to finish 1 set another member here is waiting for. Zach's will have the kickup's. He's a pretty busy guy, and so am I lately, so him and I getting together is a bit overdue.

Thanks for the 411 Tri, I can't wait to see it. It's a damn sweet truck and has some nice goodies on it suspension wise...and now some killer sliders too! Rock on buddy, hope you're doing well.

The sliders looked good for sure. We just didn't get a chance to use them at Pismo. But next time he hits the trail with me we'll see if we can test them out. Shop up and running more smoothly now?

    Hey Brian,

I finally have some decent time off work and I'm working on these sliders, which I love by the way. The instructions indicate that the hole for the front should be just before the cross member weld, but its unclear to me if that means in front of weld like towards the engine or before as in before the weld coming from the rear. Maybe a picture will help...

WOW!! Holy crap, I had no idea your truck was soooo nice! Saved that one to the computer for sure. I'd have a hard time bush whacking that thing. I love it man, every truck sportin' my sliders is sick as hell!

I'll check my instructions and see if I need to reword them. Basically, the front bracket will go ahead of that cross member, and then there's a rivet on the other end (the rear) that you need to pay attention to when marking them, because it's about 1/4" away from the rear slider mount.

I make them so you don't have to worry about the weld for the cross member anymore, but should pay attention to the rivet on the frame on the rear. I'll contact you Zach and we'll figure out a install day. I'm taking a couple days here and there away from building product because I have a supercharged S runner street 4 link project I'm doing in the shop, and the dude's coming back next week so my schedule is tight and things are crazy like usual.

So I recently moved to VA and I just wanted to say that the sliders get me more compliments on my truck than any other mod I've done. Granted that's not all that many but the sliders are certainly the first thing people notice and everyone that's noticed them as commented on how well they match the lines of the truck, certainly no amateur comment. Thanks again to beefed for a great job and I'd recommend getting a set of these to anyone who is considering sliders.

Well I finally got the sliders installed. Drilling sucked, but it was worth it. I also installed them by myself, which proved easier that I would have imagined, just have to be creative and somewhat flexible. Anyways these are the Medium sized sliders and really love the way they turned out. On to the pictures...
