Ok... here are some shots of before and after the TSB. I havent seen anyone post a comparison before. This hay bale is somewhere between 1000 and 1200 pounds dry, but it rained for 2 days prior to shit test, so you do the math.

    Unloaded pre-TSB

The TSB gave me one inch of added clearance...
This is loaded after the TSB.
and the load being used... yes its ALL BEHIND THE AXLE!!!

And here is the bump stop WITH the load. Not a lot, but still.... there is room

You need SuperSprings or Timbren's or something to keep that rear from sagging.

I have a much bigger animal for doing this kind of work, I was unloading my trailer I thought to myself, 'Self, lets see what the Taco says to a little work' So their I was, it was late afternoon. I had a trailer loaded with hay, an 87 chevy 4x4 with 2 bales in the bed, and a Taco, just sitting their being lazy. This was only done to illustrate the full functionality of the new springs. I would imagine the poor thing would fall over if I tried to drive it anywhere.

After TSB - after settling - I had 210lbs of sand in the bed for 3 months.
